Many nonprofit organizations doing good in this world can’t afford corporate coaching rates. Heeding our founder Marshall Goldsmith’s admonition to “pay it forward”, we have launched an MGSCC initiative by which leaders of nonprofit organizations will receive pro bono coaching from certified Goldsmith coaches.
As a result of this new program, 14 leaders of nonprofit organizations are currently being coached by MGSCC certified coaches. A dozen certified coaches are awaiting pro bono assignments.
We are also planning partnerships with charitable foundations by which grant recipients will receive money for their organizations and MGSCC coaching for their leaders.
