Frank was asked by Marshall Goldsmith to design and teach others in his methods of coaching to help successful leaders achieve positive, lasting change in behavior; for themselves, their people, and their teams back in 1999. Prior to that Frank and Marshall met as they both started the Ph.D. program at the Graduate School of Management at U.C.L.A.
